Boston native JOHNNY NEWCOMB made his Broadway debut in the Original Cast of STING'S THE LAST SHIP, with which he also performed on NBC'S MACY'S THANKSGIVING DAY PARADE and THE 37th ANNUAL KENNEDY CENTER HONORS. He has appeared in the National Tour of GREEN DAY'S AMERICAN IDIOT, RIDE THE CYCLONE at MCC THEATER, THE LOW ROAD and INTO THE WOODS at THE PUBLIC THEATER, and starred as Roger in RENT at the EDINBURGH FESTIVAL FRINGE under the creative guidance of Original Broadway Cast member ANTHONY RAPP. Recently, Johnny starred as Barry in the world premiere production of SING STREET at NEW YORK THEATRE WORKSHOP directed by Tony Award Winner REBECCA TAICHMAN and choreographed by Tony Award Winner SONYA TAYEH. Currently, Johnny can be seen standing by for the roles of Seymour and Orin in the hit Off-Broadway production of LITTLE SHOP OF HORRORS at THE WESTSIDE THEATRE directed by Tony Award Winner MICHAEL MAYER.
